Greetings! It is a pleasure to connect with you on behalf of Expunge Colorado, the Interfaith Alliance of Colorado, and our statewide network of community partners. Our initiatives continue to be at the forefront of neighborhood efforts to improve the lives of all Coloradans. We work at grassroots levels with local congregations, stakeholders, NPO’s, and businesses to promote healing and justice for every home.

We welcome you to sponsor our 2021 Record Sealing Clinic on Saturday, October 2nd, as we bring to Denver this crucial community event! 

  • Attendees will be  offered free legal support

  • Provided food and beverages

  • Have access to on-site child care

  • Be able to connect with multiple community partners offering wraparound services.

The objective of this event is to prevent individuals who have already suffered from the collateral consequences of a criminal record from having to navigate the difficult and costly process required to seal an eligible charge on their own.

The additional community partners that will be on-site are necessary to ensure that attendees are provided resources that will afford them ample opportunities for sustainable success. This event is only made possible thanks to the hard work of numerous volunteers, our community partners, and the generous financial support of local organizations and businesses like yours.

By donating to this work, you are affiliating yourself with our impact as leaders in Colorado public policy and civic uplift. As a sponsor, you will benefit from our broad, multimedia marketing of this event. Your brand/organization will reach audiences through our extensive outreach network, which includes a diverse collection of nearly one hundred respected stakeholder partners and faith-based institutions.

Three sponsorship packages are available so that you can explore which is best for you. Promotional strategies include targeted marketing to influencers statewide, as well as utilization of legacy and new media.

  • Patron – $1,000 – Includes:

    • Your logo on printed and digital promotional products for the event
    • Recognition during the promotion of the event inone email and one post across utilized social media
    • Recognition in a list of event sponsors posted onsite during event and across utilized social media
    • Volunteer opportunities for your employees/patrons during the event to highlight your brand

  • Deluxe – $2,500 – Includes the Patron package but with upgrades:

    • Recognition during the promotion of the event inweekly emails and posts across utilized social media
    • Designated table space onsite during the event highlighting and thanking your brand
    • Verbal recognition by host organizations’ leaders and staff during the event
    • Recording of a 30-second video highlighting your brand’s support of this event and families it serves

  • Premiere – $5,000 – Includes the Deluxe package but with upgrades:

    • Recognition during the promotion of the event in multiple weekly emails and posts across utilized social media

       

    • Recognition before and after the event in press releases, emails, and posts across utilized social media
    • Recognition after the event in letters and reports to stakeholders regarding event impact and success
    • Verbal recognition by host organizations’ leaders and staff at the opening and closing of the event
    • Verbal recognition in Expunge Colorado and Interfaith Alliance of Colorado community programs during September promotion of the event
    • Photo onsite during the event with host organizations’ leaders and staff
